Preserving Your Home’s Heritage
At Old Time Windows, our goal is to repair your existing windows, maintaining your home’s historic value. We only repair double-hung, rope and pulley windows standard on homes built between roughly 1880 and 1935.
The more you know about the lack of quality in today’s windows compared to those handcrafted from center cut old growth wood of decades ago; the more you will appreciate the value of the historic home windows. The objective of restoring your old windows is to maintain and retain the original look and quality these windows offer and have them function smoothly.

About Us
Craftsmen Scott, Steve & Jason are all residents of Kansas City who love the Chiefs, barbecue, and historic homes. After Scott repaired the windows on his 1919 Arts & Crafts Prairie Style home, his neighbors saw how well his windows functioned and lined up to be next. I’m so grateful to have found this company and because of Scott and Steve four windows were reconstructed, repaired and i can finally open my windows again.
I’d gladly recommend Old Time Windows LLC for work, if you’re looking to keep your old windows. They were on time, polite and professional upon meeting them and throughout the whole process and they cleaned up behind themselves, even vacuuming before leaving. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks again!

Steve and Jason did a wonderful job in restoring the windows in our 100+ year old house. They were quick and efficient and went the extra mile in giving help and advice as questions arose. One thing they didn’t mention, and which has proven to be a pleasant surprise months later, is that having our windows restored has significantly reduced the amount of dust that gets into the house. Thanks, guys, for everything!
